1Who we are

Fists of Fury ("the Game", "we", "us") is developed and published by Darknight Tech, a studio operated by Ruban Bhatti and based in Pakistan. This policy explains what information is handled when you play the Game on Android or iOS, and what choices you have.

The Game is published on the Apple App Store under the developer account name Rubanbhatti, which is operated by Darknight Tech.

If you don't agree with this policy, please don't use the Game.

2Information we collect ourselves

We do not ask you to register, and we do not collect or store your name, email address, phone number, or contacts. Your results and settings are saved on your device only. There is no online multiplayer, no cloud save, and no account. If you uninstall the Game, that data is removed with it.

3Information collected by third parties

The Game uses services from other companies to show ads and to process purchases. These services may automatically collect certain information from your device. We do not control what they collect, and their own privacy policies apply to that data.

Unity Ads (Unity Technologies)

Used to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. Unity may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device model and operating system, coarse location derived from IP address, and information about which ads were shown and interacted with. This is used to deliver and measure ads and to limit how often the same ad is repeated.

Unity's privacy policy: unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy

Unity In-App Purchasing

Used to process the optional "Remove Ads" purchase and to check whether you have already bought it. Purchase receipts are handled by Unity and by your app store.

Google Play Billing and Apple App Store

Payments are processed entirely by Google or Apple. We never see or store your payment card details. We only receive confirmation that a purchase succeeded, so we can unlock the content you bought.

4Advertising and your advertising ID

Ads help keep the Game free. Ads may be personalised based on your advertising identifier unless you opt out. You can control this at any time:

Opting out does not remove ads; it means the ads you see are less relevant.

If you buy the Remove Ads item, the Game stops requesting and displaying banner and interstitial ads.

5Consent in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Unity Ads SDK shows you a consent notice the first time an ad appears, giving you the option to opt in to personalised advertising. You can decline. To change your choice later, or to request access to or deletion of your data, tap the Data Privacy icon shown on any Unity ad.

6Children's privacy

The Game is not directed at children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Where required, ads shown to users identified as children are limited to non-personalised, child-appropriate ads.

7How long data is kept

We keep no personal data on our own servers. Data held by the third-party services listed above is retained according to their own policies and retention periods.

8Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to object to it being used for targeted advertising. Because we do not hold personal data ourselves, most requests are best directed to Unity, Google, or Apple using the links above. You may also contact us and we will help where we can.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising within the meaning of the California Consumer Privacy Act.

9Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the limited information involved in running the Game. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Game changes or when the law requires it. The "Last updated" date at the top will always show the current version. Material changes will be announced in the Game or on its store listing.
